Guardian Steelworks – Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are custom-made or prepared in-house. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Carrier Issues
Guardian Steelworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Guardian Steelworks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist you. 

NOTE:  Guardian Steelworks is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

For higher-value orders (typically $200 or more) and/or shipments to areas considered high-risk, signature confirmation may be required to ensure secure delivery.

If you believe your package was lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
