Refund & Returns Policy – Guardian Steelworks



At Guardian Steelworks, every product is built with quality and precision. Many of our items are fabricated, cut, and finished to order, so please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Most items are made to order and are not eligible for return
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been:
    • Installed
    • Used
    • Modified
    • Damaged after delivery
  • Returns may only be considered on non-custom items and must be approved prior to being sent back.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There is a verified issue caused by our error

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order or fabricated items
  • Powder-coated or specially finished items
  • Final sale items
  • Installed or used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders with fitment issues due to failure to verify compatibility
